1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
SYRCONSULT CONSULTING ENGINEERS, founded in 1974
as a leading consulting engineer practice specializing in
engineering services. Our company works internationally and has
different branches all over Middle East. From its inception the
practice has specialized in the design of Residential Buildings,
Hotels, Commercial complex and their associated structures and
installations. Takes pride in offering a full range of architectural
structural, civil engineering design and consulting services to a
broad spectrum of clients.
The primary objective of the company was to make Syrconsult
Consulting Engineers available on the international market in the
areas of design, management and construction. Provides
architectural, structural and civil engineering services to
government authorities, development and construction companies, and
individuals through out G.C.C with plans to emerge as a major world
player within the near future Offering multidiscipline engineering
services across the country and internationally with consultancy
services covering planning, design, construction and maintenance.
As Engineering Consultancy Company, we consider the impact of the
Environments and Technological changes on the organizations,
infrastructure, community relation as well as taking current
investments and innovative design competitiveness into account. It
is also our responsibility to help discover the potential
architectural designs by bringing the attention to any relevant new
developments in infrastructure with appropriate prediction of its

*- The basic Project Engineering stage gives the final shape to the
project of details engineering to commence. Works undertaken in the
basic and project engineering phase:
" Site Survey and soil investigation to finally select the site
parameter for the design input data
" Clearly define the project as to composition of equipment,
capacity, quality and elimination of parallel flow
" Overall layout based on soil data and survey report, location
" Finalization of energy optimization and conservation proposal
" Services & utility (gas, steam, water, compressed air network

" Shaping of mode of execution of the project, numbers of packages
for floating tender enquiries and identification of prospective
